"Delivery dragged on forever"
I ordered from humbler.com the delivery took way longer than it should have. The tracking was basically useless too, just stuck on “in transit” for days with no proper updates, which made it even more frustrating.
I tried checking in, but ended up waiting in a queue for ages, which just added to the whole annoyance. I wasn’t expecting it to show up overnight or anything, but by the time it finally arrived, I didn’t even need it anymore. Definitely not ordering again if the shipping is always like this
"Really confusing communication"
The communication just felt off. The tone of the messages made it seem like I was supposed to understand what was going on, but the actual wording didn’t make much sense to me. I was left more confused than informed

I had a really hard time finding what I needed on the website. A few pages loaded strangely for me, which made the whole thing feel more confusing than it should have. By the end, I just felt frustrated and didn’t want to keep using it.

It keeps going down whenever I actually need it, which is really frustrating. I’ve tried to be patient, but the whole experience makes me feel like I’m just another ticket number instead of someone who needs a reliable service.

I reached out to support and then basically waited around like it was some kind of customer service hibernation club. Days later, the Copy-Paste Champions finally replied with a generic answer that didn’t fix anything. Issue is still sitting there, untouched. Frustrating, and I definitely won’t be using it again.

I don’t know, I had a bad feeling about it quickly and it never really improved from there. Overall, it was disappointing, and my gut says I wouldn’t use it again.

I wish I had looked into the pricing more before going ahead. The fees didn’t show up until later, and by that point it felt misleading. If I’d known the full cost from the start, I probably would’ve made a different decision

well... I got charged even after canceling, and it took support days to get back to me. The refund process wasn’t really clear either, so I ended up having to follow up more than I should’ve. Overall, it was a frustrating billing experience.

"Heads up: account setup was a hassle"
Just a warning for anyone trying to sign up, my account setup was a mess. The email verification code showed up late, then the page kept hanging and eventually kicked me back to the beginning. There wasn’t even a clear error message explaining what went wrong. I gave it about 20 minutes before giving up. Definitely not a great first impression

"Feels cheap and only works when it wants"
I was disappointed after getting this. Right out of the box it felt cheap, and the material seemed flimsy. After just a few days it already started looking worn, which was frustrating. On top of that, it kind of works when it wants to, so I don’t feel like I can really count on it.

I feel kind of stupid for trusting them and paying what I did. For the price, I expected a lot more, but what I got was really basic and didn’t feel worth the money at all. I wouldn’t use them again unless the price dropped a lot.
